This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies Lottraq Ghana Limited uses on the Lottraq Platform. Read it together with our Privacy Policy.
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar, but they stay in your browser and are never sent to our servers automatically. Session storage is cleared when you close the tab.
These are set by our servers when you sign in, and removed when you sign out. They are httpOnly, so scripts on the page cannot read them. They are sent only over HTTPS and only to Lottraq. If you don’t tick “Keep me signed in for 30 days”, they are deleted when you close your browser.

We save a few choices in your browser so the Platform looks the way you left it. They are never sent to us automatically. Only one of them, lt_wa_contact, holds personal data: the name and phone number you typed, kept on your own device.

__cf_bm, _cfuvid or cf_clearance. Its captcha check on sign-up, sign-in and enquiry forms runs in a frame from that provider. These cookies are needed for security and are not used for advertising.We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, cross-site tracking or analytics cookies. Our error monitoring sets no cookies. If we ever want to add cookies that are not strictly necessary, we will update this Policy first and ask for your consent before setting them.
You can view and delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. If you block the sign-in cookies, you will not be able to sign in. If you clear browser storage, the Platform forgets your display choices and nothing else.
When we add or change a cookie, we update the tables above and publish a new version with a new date and version number.
